"We decided to move when our rent was raised higher than a mortgage would be. We wanted a realtor that cared about or needs, rather a commission. Nick Evers was always there. Answered calls. Gave feedback. Searched for our needs, not his own. When our dream home popped up, Nick helped us get in an offer that day, and assisted in getting it accepted (and closed within a month). "Lindsey Johnson was referred through our mortgage company. From the very beginning she was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible with her schedule , as we were out of state at the time. Lindsey was always efficient and prompt in answering our questions. There were dates when she was unable to attend a showing, but she always had another representative for us. I would highly recommend her for any home buying or selling needs. We were very pleased with the services she provided and Agile Realty."

"I had been looking to purchase my first home here in Florida. I had found Kyle Gruber through my mortgage company, and we connected on thoughts right away. Though it was a long search due to the housing market boom, Kyle was with me through the whole process and in the end helped me find the perfect home. "Sara Patterson with Agile Group Realty was so AMAZING to work with in buying our home in Tampa. We were out of town buyers and she was so accommodating with our schedules. She really listened to our needs in buying a house and did great research when showing us properties to look at.My husband and I were so surprised by how easy the process was with Sara. We have bought a few other places that just seemed to be a little more work on our end so we are very grateful. "Jane Ellen Mastrangelo is THE BEST!!!My wife and I recently bought a home for our daughter and fiancé. Jane managed the process very professionally and rapidly. The market was moving very fast, however Jane was able to move quickly and close the deal for us. She made the process so easy for us. Our daughter and fiancé are so happy with their new home. This went so smooth that when my wife and I decided to move to Orlando from California we asked Jane to be our realtor again. We lived in California for over 30 years and wanted more out of our house and yard. The costs in California make that very difficult and unlikely. We have worked with realtors in the past and know just what we want in a realtor. Very engaged, organized, professional, accurate, understanding and motivated. Jane is all of those and more. We know we wanted to work with Jane very early in the process because of how professional she was and knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general. We valued here skills in dealing with other realtors and sellers, especially in such an active market.The second time working with Jane went as well as the first. So professional and determined to get us into a house that fit our needs. "Before moving to the Riverview area, I began the process of beginning to look for a new home. I was put in touch with Lindsey Johnson at the Agile Group and couldn’t of been happier with her! She made the entire process such a breeze and almost worry free. This is my first home purchase so that was very important! She is knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, professional and makes sure to get you any answers you may need. She’s also funny, which is an added bonus during what can be a stressful process! "Mitch Harris was excellent to work with. He's a newer agent, but his work ethic and values made up for any lack of knowledge and he wasn't hesitant to say "I don't know, I'll find out." And then he did. Easy to communicate with, easy to reach, personable, and I truly believe he had MY needs at heart. I would work with Mitch again gladly any time."
